Shipping Policy

Shipping & Hold for Pickup
All orders are shipped fully insured through trusted carriers such as FedEx.
For added security, orders may be shipped using FedEx Hold for Pickup, requiring the customer to pick up the package directly from a designated FedEx location.
To collect a package held for pickup, customers must:
- Present a valid government-issued photo ID
- Match the name listed on the order and shipment
- Sign for the package upon pickup
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or homes.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be provided via email or text message.
Processing and shipping times may vary depending on inventory availability, verification procedures, and carrier schedules.
